You may not believe your own strength in the beginning, but the more you see yourself in it, the more risks you take because you believe you can....that idea of strength becomes reality

Growing up I was always an active kid involved in competitive swimming, track & field, and dance. However as I entered my twenties and had to rely more on myself to stay fit I fell into a rut. I was eating poorly, exercising inconsistently, and constantly comparing myself to people around me, telling myself that I was not good enough. It wasn’t until I discovered group fitness that I learned how to change my relationship with my body. I learned to appreciate it for what it could do, instead of criticize it for its shortcomings. As I noticed myself getting stronger and faster I started to feel proud and confident in group fitness settings, this quickly spilled over into the rest of my life. I fell deeply in love with fitness and quickly became well-versed in strength training, spin, pilates, yoga, and running. Working out to great music often gave me the push I needed to get to the next level and that’s an important element in my classes. I hope that I can do for your what so many trainers have done for me!
