My diverse background in fitness includes competitive swimming, experience in some of New York’s top gyms and a passion for Ashtanga yoga. I’ve been with Barry’s since before they opened in NYC, beginning my journey as a client in San Diego. In addition to teaching, I manage the Chelsea location and lead the Instructor Training Program for New York.
Clear communication is the cornerstone of my class. I create a safe space for people of all fitness levels and those working with injury. My style is upbeat and includes positive reinforcement, a fusion of classic songs with current sounds and one-liners that will make you smile as you push past your limits. Don’t let my sweet exterior fool you, it hides an inner drill sergeant. I want you to change yourself by challenging yourself.
