I live to empower and inspire others. I love to run, dance, box, HIIT, strength train, do gymnastics and yoga… you name it, I’ve tried it. With seven years in the fitness industry under my belt, I never stop moving. Movement is my life and my goal is to always lead by example. When I’m not leading Barry’s classes, I am a regular host on SHAPE magazine’s “Workout Wednesday” and a contributor for Health Magazine, SELF Magazine, and Fitness Magazine. You’ll always find me rockin’ the swoosh in NYC.
