My fitness journey began during my time at the University of Arizona. Once I accepted that my lifestyle of pizza and pool parties wasn’t sustainable, I turned to fitness. I quickly fell in love with the process of pushing myself each day to get stronger mentally and physically. When my husband and I moved to Seattle, he encouraged me to pursue fitness full time. Thanks to him, I am now a NASM CPT with a passion for strength training. My goal is to empower people through fitness to live their best lives. I want people to leave my class with the confidence to tackle whatever challenges life may throw at them. I believe that life is all about balance, so get ready to work hard, test your limits, and have fun doing it in my class!  

My inspiration
Self Improvement - the simple fact that each day is a new opportunity to be better keeps my fire lit. I love the journey of building my best self, mentally and physically.
