Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, musical, and direct. My classes are sold out so you can expect dynamic, entertaining, challenging, quotable, and encouraging. My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Female pop legends.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Janet Jackson’s songbook and my guilty pleasure is Pizza Hut and reality competition shows. My friends would say I’m an outgoing, energetic, sassy, and passionate fitness legend.
