Since discovering Barry’s, I’m not only faster and stronger, but I leave every class feeling like I’ve achieved something I wouldn’t have been able to on my own. That’s what I strive to provide my clients in each of my sessions.

I take pride in weaving together effective exercises supported by crystal clear instruction, all set to a motivating soundtrack to help you to push through any barriers. Let’s achieve something together.

I kinda have a thing for Mat Fraser and Brent Fikowski right now. Those guys are the definition of hard work

Coffee, almond butter, dark chocolate, guacamole (not necessarily in that order or all at the same time)
Favorite day for class
Chest, Back and Abs, baby. I just loooove lifting heavy weights.

Diverse, current, fun, nostalgic, powerful. Music is a huge part of my life and I spend a lot of time (probably too much time) crafting my playlists
