I was lucky to have my parents raise me with the importance of fitness and healthy eating. I ate my vegetables, and it’s highly possibly ‘juice cleanse’ were my first words.
Today, I’m obsessed with training and helping people with fitness in any way I can. My fitness career started teaching from sweaty Bootcamp’s in the park, and formal training in yoga and boxing.
I’m a believer in balance. Training hard and eating healthy can be fun if it’s done right.
I love Barry’s because the workouts are magic for your body. They include the perfect mix of HIIT cardio training and weights, to get you sweating and to tone up your muscles. The amazing vibe of the dark red-lit room and the great music is like no other fitness experience.
When I’m not training, I’m either on or planning my next adventure.
