I’m gonna help you redefine your definition of sweat equity! I grew up in a pre-professional ballet company. I went on to get my BFA in Musical Theatre and then worked for a while as a professional dancer. My discipline in dance inspired me to cross over into fitness. I love creating playlists because I know music can be a huge motivation in helping you push past your pain threshold and enjoy the results that come from it.

My dedication to fitness is equal to my  love of healthy cooking. I don’t believe that there are any fad diets that will sustain your health and wellness. Instead, I promote whole foods paired with cardio and strength training, the great outdoors and a positive mindset.
