I’ve had the opportunity to train premiere clients that include NFL athletes and members of the police academy and the U.S. Army. I expect my clients to give it their all, even if it’s their first time working out with me. I’ll be the first to tell you that you’ll be guaranteed a fantastic workout from any Barry’s trainer. What sets my classes apart are killer playlists — I rely on old school hip hop for strength training and bass-heavy house to keep your MPH at its highest during my treadmill sets.
My fitness philosophy is all about balance: no shortcuts, just hard work. As a firm believer that trainers should practice what they preach, I refuse to teach a class that I wouldn’t take myself. I discourage taking two Barry’s classes in a row… if you can do a second class, chances are you didn’t work hard enough the first time.
