You can have anything you want in life, but you can't have everything.

There’s always been an overwhelming attraction in my life to helping people accomplish their goals. Even as a kid in elementary school, I loved to help people understand what they weren’t getting. Align that with a competitive high school and college career in track and cross country, and it was a no brainer for me to teach at Barry’s when I moved to LA.

I believe the way you workout is the way you live. Therefore, my class is geared towards showing you how just one workout can change your life. Over the last two years, I’ve used my clients like guinea pigs to develop training runs that flirt with the line of the impossible, all the while calling upon their untapped potential. My favorite part of class is at the end, when I socialize with everyone. I don’t think a trainer should be an idol without flaws, but rather, a person who’s trying to overcome obstacles along with you.

My inspiration
A dream is never something to have only when you sleep
Guilty pleasure
I looooove peanut butter fudge
And finally...
My top two albums of all time are “Room for Squares” (John Mayer) and “Teenage Dream” (Katy Perry)
