I started teaching fitness and nutrition at UC Santa Barbara in 2007 while I earned my B.A. in Communications with a double minor in Exercise & Health Science and Fitness Instruction. I promote an active lifestyle, which includes eating whole and healthy foods. My passion for making a difference in people’s lives is reflected through my dual careers at Barry’s San Francisco – VP of Community Relations and VP of Fitness Development (which entails recruiting and training new Barry’s instructors!) My endless energy, personal connection with clients, and genuine inspiration will motivate you to reach your best self every time you take my class.
