My goal as an instructor is to get the best out of all my clients each time they step in to the room. I’ve been teaching group fitness for 11 years. I use my background in music, competitive sports, and strength training to help design each class. My playlist is a mix of pop, hip-hop and club remixes, designed to keep your energy up while you’re sweating. I also manage curriculum for our instructor team in the LA region and run our instructor training program for all new Barry’s instructors. I’ve always believed it’s not about being perfect, it’s about taking risks and working hard.
