Coming from an athletic family (my father was a professional soccer player, mom a competitive swimmer, and brother a collegiate soccer player), fitness is in my blood. I was a varsity track and field athlete (specializing in the 100m high hurdles, triple jump, and high jump) as well as a former competitive gymnast in the USA Gymnastics Women’s Program.
My classes are known for their challenging runs and well thought out floor sequences. As a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, I challenge all of my clients to break outside of their comfort zone. As a result I will have you lifting heavier and sprinting faster than you ever imagined. Former athletes – get ready to go big or go home. First timers – I am here to inspire and support you. We’re all in this together – so, let’s do this!
In my time off, I love to cook, hike, and stand up paddleboard.
