Cory Gooch

I was raised in a small coastal town, and participated in competitive sports. Rugby League, swimming and Surf Life Saving became my life. Competing at an elite level, it was no surprise that a career in the fitness industry evolved. It’s in my blood!  I’m excited to bring my range of experience to Barry’s Australia! I couldn’t be happier to have found a career where I get to practice what I preach and share my passion with others. Step into my class, and I’ll push you with clear direction and fun music. I’ll motivate you to do more and be more than you thought, developing your physical and mental strength in and out of the Red Room.
