I was born and raised in Philadelphia. My love for group fitness began during my time at the University of the Arts where I received my degree in dance. I’m a certified Pilates instructor and a NASM certified personal trainer, with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I’m a stickler for form so I will make sure you get the most out of your workout. I also love a fierce beat, so you will be shimmying as well as sprinting in my class 😉
