Your cheerleader!

It’s true — as well as competing in basketball, track, tennis, and gymnastics, I’ve also been a competitive cheerleader! So you can rely on me for motivation.

I love weightlifting, and I put effort into making sure you get the most out of the weights we’ll use in my classes. Whether you want to jack up, or slim down, chisel that six pack, bump up that butt… we’ll make it happen.

A lot happens in class, but I take pride in keeping things simple and clear. Bring the effort, I’ll fix the rest.
