Alice Fagrell

My own passion for training began with running outdoors. The feeing I got when my body was able to take me anywhere was amazing; it made me fall in love with running. Soon after, I discovered cross training and I loved it. More recently, I got introduced to BARRY’S and I can honestly say there was some “fitness magic” going on in the Red Room. I can’t wait to high five you on your way into the Red Room and show you some of my own fitness MAGIC!
