A Barry’s class can burn up 1,000 calories or more. It tones muscle, and boosts your resting metabolism, so you continue burning calories after the class is over. (We love that part too.)

We combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolic rate by up to 15 percent.

The Day-By-Day Breakdown

Each day at Barry’s focuses on a different muscle group. The programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body.

Monday

Arms & Abs

On Mondays, we focus on strengthening and lengthening the biceps, triceps, and forearms. We sprinkle in a bit of ab work to help round everything out.

Tuesday

Butt & Legs

Tuesdays are the day you’ll burn the most calories. Our Butt + Legs day contains a mix of exercises aimed at increasing flexibility and strength. It will reduce fat, while shaping the perfect lower body.

Wednesday

Chest, Back & Abs

Wednesdays are meant for anyone looking to improve their torso, both front and back. For guys, it’s about achieving that perfect V shape. For girls, it provides a natural lift up top. Regardless of gender, nothing beats having a sexy back!

Thursday

Hardcore Abs

This is the gateway to the flat stomach, the 6-pack, the all-important strong core. It is a combination of fat burning interval cardio work with strength training moves.

Friday + Saturday + Sunday

Full Body

Weekends are reserved for the complete Barry’s workout. It doesn’t get any better than this.
